Abu Dhaim & Co. was established in 1996 as a sole proprietorship, offering auditing and consultation services. In response to market trends and legal requirements, the company embarked on a new phase in 2019, enhancing its service portfolio under the registered global trade name "United Brothers." This transformation involved the addition of four new partners and a transition from a sole proprietorship with one partner to a Limited Liability Company (LLC) with four partners. In 2024, United Brothers became a member of Moore Global, rebranding as Moore UB Jordan.
