A dynamic and energetic leader, Gurkaran has been mentored closely by senior partners and directors, preparing him as a future leader of the organisation. Over the past decade, he has developed strong expertise in the Advisory practice, leveraging his passion for innovation and technology to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
He leads the firm’s strategy and business development efforts, including market assessment, research, defining growth metrics, identifying new market opportunities, and securing new clients. Gurkaran combines excellent commercial acumen, sales, and negotiation skills with strong project and people management, organisational capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
His experience also includes debt syndication, equity funding from financial institutions, and project financing with international and regional banks. Additionally, he advises start-ups on growth strategies, contributing to their long-term success.
