Thomas is a tax/GM specialist, heading the International Tax and Global Mobility team within Moore DRV. He is the global lead of the GM service line for the Moore Global network. In this capacity he advises international and Dutch clients on cross-border payroll, employment cases, tax and social security compliance, expat policies etc.
