Due to recent changes in the Luxembourg legislation, it has become necessary to split the former activities of the Moore Stephens S.à rl., Luxembourg, into two legally, as well as economically separate entities:
Moore Stephens Audit S.à r.l. - Audit activity - with a focus on the external and internal audit,
and
Moore Stephens S.à r.l. - Service sector for domiciliation activity, tax, consulting and staff administration.
