Africa - The Role of Women in Real Estate

Tsitsi is a founding partner of PNA Chartered Accountants, an independent firm which is affiliated to a global network “Moore”.
 
Tsitsi is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Registered Public Accountant and Auditor. She is an active member in the African Women Leaders Network (AWLN), the Organisation for Women in International Trade (OWIT), the Zimbabwe Accounting Practices Board (ZAPB)/ Public Accountants and Auditors Board (PAAB) technical committees and currently serves as Vice Chair for the Committee for Audit Standards (CFAS). She has served on various other boards in Zimbabwe, namely ACCA Executive Panel and Secretary General for the Global Business Roundtable Zimbabwe chapters.
 
Her greatest achievements include being one of the few, if not one of only two women-owned accounting and auditing firms in Zimbabwe, a mentor to women entrepreneurs and future leaders; as well as having work as financial controller for the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda, (a world-renowned base for many large international companies) and managing a consolidated fund worth USD 200 million.
 
Tsitsi enjoys travel, mentoring and charity work.
