Candice is a chartered accountant with over 15 years of experience in auditing and advisory services for the alternative investment fund sector leads a team dedicated to delivering high-quality audit and assurance services to investment funds market specialising in Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, and Delaware structures.
Candice’s client base spans the global fund industry where she her team understands the complex regulatory, operational, and cross-border demands of today’s investment landscape.
At the heart of her role is building meaningful connections across the global private equity landscape – bridging insights, expertise, and opportunities across the Moore Global network and beyond.

Dale Russell is a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) and a recognised specialist in digital assets and blockchain assurance. He is the Founder and Director of both TrustReserve Solutions Limited and Moore Blockchain and Digital Assets JHB, and serves as the Moore Global network’s digital assets expert.
Dale leads the delivery of institutional-grade, trust-based technology and assurance services for the global digital asset ecosystem. His work spans Africa, Europe, and offshore jurisdictions, providing proof-of-reserves, real time verification, and end-to-end compliance support for market participants.
He has advised leading platforms including Kraken, Bitwise, CoinShares, Luno, Chainlink and others. Prior to his blockchain leadership roles, Dale worked in corporate finance, specialising in deal structuring and governance frameworks – giving him a unique dual perspective across traditional and decentralised finance.
