Meharban Singh is a graduate of Boston University School of Management, United States, with a focus on Business, Finance, and Operations Management. He brings over 12 years of extensive experience across commercial, corporate, and residential real estate, including capital markets, joint ventures, acquisitions, leasing, asset management, and development.
He has advised both domestic and international clients on property investment and development in India and the Emirates. During his tenure with IGO & MAG, Meharban held various leadership roles and played a key role in expanding the firms’ corporate and institutional ownership practices.
He successfully managed sales for the Polo Residence in Meydan, a $350 million project comprising 893 apartments across 29 buildings. His expertise is reflected in numerous high profile deals and the successful delivery of over 35 personalised projects in the past two years.
