Moore Sierra Leone started as Leone Consultants. The firm, Leone Consultants was founded in 1967 but registered as a firm in 1974 and is a respected full service professional services firm offering audit, tax, and advisory services. Our commitment to our clients has enabled the firm to grow and succeed at developing and maintaining strong professional relationships. Leone Consultants Practice is a pioneer member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sierra Leone when it was formed in 1988. 

Between 2011 and 2013 D O Carew and Partners provided technical resources to support Leone Consultants to service its growing auditing and taxation clients and thereby developing the firm to one of the leading firms in Sierra Leone and at the end of 2013 D O Carew and Partners merged with Leone Consultants but continued with the name Leone Consultants. 

On 6 December 2016, Leone Consultants joined the Global network of Moore Stephens and from 1 January 2017 practiced as Moore Stephens Sierra Leone and when the network name changed to Moore International Limited, practiced as Moore Sierra Leone.
