Andrea Kuo is the founder of Moore Stephens DaHua (Taiwan) CPAs. She has worked with Tiaoho & Co. for over 20 years as the managing partner in their Taipei office. Andrea is experienced in providing a wide range of services to our domestic and foreign clients including audit, tax planning, special audits, IPO advisory, as well as consultation and strategy planning service. Andrea has involved in several successful public offering and listing of clients in Taiwan. In addition to serving the Taiwan listed entities, she has expertise in performing audit services to U.S. issuers and compliance with relevant requirements such as Sarbanes-Oxley 404, applicable to the audit engagements. She has China CPA qualification, and acts as the cooperator to establish collaboration network within Taiwan and China.
