With over 20 years experience in audit, consultancy and regulatory reporting assignments Michael acts for a wide range of businesses and organisations. He also has specialist expertise in private and business clients in business and personal estate succession. He joined Moore Stephens as a partner in 2001. Michael has extensive experience in corporate governance, internal control systems and their effectiveness. He also assists companies in their transition from local reporting requirements into IFRS and takes care of company's and their management interests when they start their business in Germany. He has worked on projects in Germany, the UK, US, France and Italy. Michael speaks fluent English and has a basic knowledge in the Italian and French language.
