Kuan Che is a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He also holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) from University of London. He was previously attached with Ernst & Young and Moore Stephens AC and has over 15 years of professional experience auditing listed companies, multi-nationals and private companies. He has extensive exposure in industries such as logistics and transportation, plantation, food and beverage, tourism, steel producers, independent power producers, property development, construction, software development, oil and gas (down stream) and mining. Besides auditing, he has exposure in investigative audit, financial due diligence, corporate recovery, share valuation, reviewing financial forecast and projections, acting as reporting accountants for public company flotation and other corporate restructuring exercises.
