We appointed Moore Kingston Smith as our auditors on the Company’s incorporation in London in 2011. They have continued to work with us since then, as we have grown to over 900 staff in 16 markets across the globe. Throughout this time, they have provided efficient and cost-effective audit work, helped by their understanding of the sector we work in, delivered to a tight timetable each year. This has included significant overseas work on our subsidiaries in Europe, the USA and the Asia Pacific region. They have also provided tax compliance and advisory services including a review of our transfer pricing policies. We continue to enjoy an excellent professional and working relationship.
