As partner in Moore Bernossi, Kouds focuses on firm-wide growth and bringing innovation to every part of the firm’s infrastructure. After a 7-year experience in France, first as a Consultant in a Swedish company then as a Controller in Coca-Cola Enterprises, she decided to follow studies to become a CPA and go back to Tangier as a partner in MB.She leads the development of MB’s short & long-term plans, manages the team and the relation with Clients.Kouds is a frequent speaker at local events in particular for foreign delegations.In September 2020, Kouds has been elected in the first Regional Council of CPAs, and holds the position of Vice Chairman.
