With over 22 years experience in audit and consultancy for banks, microfinance institutions and international donors, Arturo has acted for a wide range of clients in Latin America, Russia, CIS and the Middle East after establishing the firm in 1998 and joining Moore Stephens as correspondent firm in Bolivia in September 2000. Arturo worked for MS in Russia from 2002 to 2009 and headed the offices in Krasnodar and Saint Petersburg. Following his return to Bolivia, led IFI work for London Office in the LATAM region, participating in assignments for several international donors and cooperation agencies including UNICEF, UNFPA, UNDP, UNHCR, EC, SIDA, GIZ, World Fund, KfW, World Bank, FAO and PAHO. Since 2014 performed as Regional Quality Control Manager, taking responsibilities for leading the NRP review cycle in the region. In October 2019 was appointed by Moore Global as Regional Quality Director for Latin America and Caribbean Region.
